浅草で観光案内をしたり、外国人の友達とちょっとした雑談でこんな会話をしました。
私の生徒さんも1時間半、銀座を案内をして、最後にみんなで居酒屋に行って、最高の思い出になりました。
皆さんも観光案内や雑談でぜひ参考にしてください。
観光案内のプラン＆雑談フレーズ
１．どこか行きたいところはありますか？
Is there anywhere you'd like to go?
どこか？ anyになる
you'd you wouldの短縮形
２．お寺や神社に興味ありますか？
Are you interested in temples or shrines?
Are you interested in going to temples or shrines?
be interested in ～に興味がある
その後は名詞を置く、動詞ならgoingのようにingになります。
３．それはお勧めしません。
Well..., I wouldn't recommend that.
wouldを使う丁寧な表現になります。
「I wouldn’t recommend that」は少し控えめで丁寧な印象を与えます。
「I don’t recommend that」はより直接的で強い表現で、断定的な感じになります。
recommend お勧めする
相手の言ったことを受けて、thatを使います。
４．築地の魚市場でも見に行きますか？
Would you like to go and see the fish market in Tsukiji?
go and see = go see, go to seeと言い換えられます。
５．100円ショップ見てみますか？
Would you like to check out at a 100-yen shop?
６．焼肉食べてみたいですか？
Would you like to try yakiniku, Japanese BBQ?
tryは試してみるという意味なので、今回の食事だけでなく、いろんな
体験やアクティビティ場面で使えます。
７．築地はこの時期かなり混んでますよ。
Tsukiji is pretty crowded around this time of year.
pretty かわいい、かなり（程度）
８．富士山はここからちょっと遠すぎますね。
Mt.Fuji is a little far from here.
far 遠い
a little ちょっと
９．電車で1時間くらいかかります。
It takes about an hour by train.
it takes + 時間 時間がかかる
１０. ちょっと遠いですけど、大丈夫ですか？
It's a little far.
Is that OK?
１１．電化製品やアニメは好きですか？
Do you like electronics or anime?
１２．秋葉原はきっと気に入ると思いますよ。
I'm sure you will like Akihabara.
I think you will enjoy Akihabara.
１３．それでは行きましょう！
Alright then, let's go!
１４．もしおすしが好きならこのお店がお勧めですよ。
If you like sushi, I recommend this place.
１５．何か食べたいものありますか？
Is there anything you'd like to eat?
Do you have any preference for food?
１６．何がいいですか？
What would you like?
What would you like to eat?
１７．焼肉食べたことがありますか？
Have you eaten yakiniku before?
